Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time in writing. • Train – the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, with frequent connections along the coast to destinations such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Èze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and even Aix-en-Provence.

• Bus – regular bus services connect Antibes to the airport (Bus 250) as well as inland destinations like Vence, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, and Grasse.

• Car – several parking options are available. The nearest public car park is a 7-minute walk away and offers weekly rates for around €10 per day. The closest free parking area is about a 20-minute walk away.

Important (High Season Notice) –fFrom 14 June to 2 September, the street in front of the building becomes a pedestrian zone from 18:00 to 01:00, and vehicle access is not permitted during these hours.

If you plan to unload in front of the apartment, please arrive before 17:00 and ensure your car is moved out of the old town by 18:00 at the latest. Departure is usually easier, as you can load your luggage earlier in the day.

Please note that stopping directly in front of the building is very limited at all times, so quick loading and unloading is essential—especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.

Old Antibes is a charming hidden gem between Nice and Cannes, offering something for everyone. It combines excellent transport connections (trains every few minutes to nearby cities) with a vibrant mix of boutiques, shops, restaurants, and bars — day and night.

You’ll also find art galleries and museums, including the famous Picasso Museum, as well as beautiful sandy beaches. The nearest beach, La Gravette, is just a 6-minute walk away, with several other public and private sandy beaches within 10 minutes.

For nature lovers, the scenic walk around Cap d’Antibes is a must. Add to that Europe’s largest marina, and you have a truly special destination.
